As you prepare to list your home, I will recommend and facilitate the execution of simple and effective home improvements to maximum your home value. We will declutter & stage your home, pack any non-essential items and manage the removal of any unneeded items to get you ready for the market!

While your home is on the market, we will work with you and your relator to ensure that your home is always ready for showings and open houses. During this time, we can also begin planning for your move by allocating furniture and determining placement in your new home, designing mood boards, selecting new furnishings and general preparation for for move-out and eventual move-in.

Once your home sells, we will spring to action by managing your packing and moving teams, executing the sale or removal of any unneeded items and assisting in any repairs required by the sale. If timing allows, we will work to ensure that your new home is ready for you with home improvement and design services, if needed.

When it’s time for move-in day, we will manage moving, unpacking and organizing your new home, facilitate improvements or repairs and provide any design services, if desired. Regardless, we will always set you up for success with a vendor list and maintenance schedule to keep your new home running in tip top shape.
